Question: Why do I get "Warning: OpenDir: Permission denied (ErrNo 13) in ..."?

Answer:

The read and write permissions must be set correctly, so that phpCMS can do its work:

• write permissions are at least needed for: /parser/cache and /parser/include,
• read permissions are needed for: all other directories and files in the project.
• If you want to use the phpCMS file manager, every file must be writeable for the webserver.
